下咽頭腔外魚骨異物の1例

Extraluminal Fishbone of Hypopharynx:A Case Report

　はじめに

　食道異物は耳鼻咽喉科医が日常診療において多く遭遇するものである。貨幣異物が最も多いが，魚骨異物の頻度も高い。今回われわれは，下咽頭側壁を穿通後，皮下腫瘤を形成した下咽頭腔外魚骨異物の1例を経験した。若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

In this paper, a rare case of migration of a fish-bone following penetration of the lateral wall of the hypopharynx presenting with a subcutaneous mass was reported. Although the fishbone penetrated the hypopharyngeal wall and remained as a extra-luminal foreign body for about one year, no severe complications were encountered.
