I．はじめに
鼻副鼻腔に発生する軟骨肉腫は非常に稀で，その報告例も非常に少ない。
最近，鼻症状は軽微で視力障害を初発症状として来院した巨大なる鼻中隔軟骨肉腫を経験したので報告する。
The patient is a man, aged 58, who complained of visual disturbance of the left eye and mild nasal obstruction. A tumor was surgically and completely removed from the nasal septum under general anesthesia.
Postoperative irradiation (6,000R.) was given, and the patient's complaint was improved. No signs of recurrence has been seen 12 months after the operation.
