外耳道有生異物（フタトゲチマダニ）の2症例

Two Cases of Biotic Foreign Bodies in the External Auditory Canal (Haemaphysalis Longicornis)

　緒言

　外耳道有生異物では一般に昆虫が多いが，ダニ，マダニ類の報告例は少ない。

　マダニ類は主として野生物動や家畜に寄生するが，ときに人体にも寄生し，ピロプラズマ病，野兎病，再帰熱，ライムボレリア症などの細菌感染症や，ロシア春夏脳炎や出血熱などのウイルス感染症，ロッキー山紅斑熱や丘疹熱などのリケッチア感染症を媒介する^1）ので，臨床上も重要である。近年，マダニ類の人体寄生例の報告は増加しているが，その多くはマダニ属のものであり，チマダニ属の症例は少なく^2），また外耳道に寄生した症例は極めて少ない。

Biotic foreign bodies in the external auditory canal are usually insects, but rarely ticks. We encountered 2 patients with ticks, Haemaphysalis longicornis, in the external auditory canal where they had reached full engorgement. It was tho-ught that non-feeding adult female ticks had entered into the external auditory canal to suck blood. One patient had a tick laying eggs within the external auditory canal. Reviewing the pre-vious reports, we had confidence that ticks can parasitize in the external auditory canal.
