外耳道に寄生したフタトゲチマダニの1症例

A Case of Tick Bite in the External Auditory Canal

I．はじめに

　外耳道異物は，日常診療において時々遭遇する疾患であり，異物の種類は有生異物と無生異物に分けられる^1）。有生異物の中でもマダニ類は異物としての存在のみでなく，リケッチア感染症の日本紅斑熱やスピロヘータ感染症であるライム病などを発症する可能性があり注意すべきであるとされている^2～6）。

　今回われわれは，外耳道に寄生したフタトゲチマダニの1症例を経験したので報告する。

　A case of tick bite due to Haemaphysalis longicornis in the external auditory canal was presented. The tick was a mature female and was transported by the patient's dog played at a wild field. The patient did not develop serious auditory canal infection nor systemic disease such as Lime disease.
