舌血管腫の放射線治療後に発生した舌癌の1例

Radiation induced Cancer after Hemangioma of the Tongue

はじめに

　今回，我々は舌血管腫に対する2回の放射線治療後15年4ヵ月を経て，照射野内に舌癌を認め再度の放射線治療によって制御できた症例を経験した。

　このような症例は稀で，かつ極めて貴重な症例と思われるので報告する。

A 52-year-old man underwent radiation treat-ment for hemangioma of the tongue 15 years and 4 months ago developed cancer within the radiated field and it was histologically diagnosed as squa-inous cell carcinoma. The cancer was again treated with radiation and has been well controlled. No similar case has previously been reported.
