重篤な症状を呈した幼児舌血管腫の1例

　まえがき

　舌に発生する良性腫瘍としては，線維腫，血管腫，リンパ管腫，乳嘴腫，内皮細胞腫，ノイリノーム，軟骨腫，脂肪腫，嚢胞等があげられるが，舌の悪性腫瘍，特に舌癌に比し良性腫瘍は稀である。また良性腫瘍のうちでも，舌血管腫は他の良性腫瘍に比して比較的稀とされている。

　本邦に於いては，根岸（1894）の報告以来，現在迄に32例の報告がみられるが，我々は最近10カ月の男子の舌下部に発生せる血管腫に対して，試験穿刺を行つたところ急激な患部の腫脹，発熱，呼吸困難を来し，重篤な症状を呈した症例を経験し，これに対して気管切開，化学療法等を行い，後日ラドンシード挿入により幸いにして治癒せしめ得たので，ここに報告する次第である。

Hemangionta of the tongue in an infant suddenly began to increase in size, following insertion of a biopsy needle, that required an immediate tracheotomy for relief of the marked dyspnea cause by the swelling of the tongue. The patient finally recovered after the use of antibiotics and insertion of radon seeds in the region of the lesion. The authors opine that the treatment of similar cases might be an institution of early surgical re-moval of the lesion which may be followed by other appropriate measures. Reports in the literature on similar cases are discussed.
