下顎骨正中離断法を併用し摘出した舌根部巨大血管腫の1例

A case of tongue-base giant hemangioma removed with a mandibular swing approach

はじめに

　血管腫は身体各部に発生するが，頭頸部領域に好発する。治療としては，保存・対処療法，血管内治療（塞栓術・硬化療法），外科手術などが挙げられるが，早期治療介入の必要性や治療目標（根治，整容・症状・機能改善，進行抑制など），侵襲度および合併症を考慮する必要がある。

　今回，われわれは舌根部に発生した巨大血管腫に対し，下顎骨正中離断法を併用し摘出しえた1例を経験したため，文献的考察を加え報告する。

　Hemangioma can occur in any part of the body, frequently in the head and neck region. Treatment is conservative therapy, endovascular treatment, surgery. When choosing treatment, it is necessary to consider the need for early treatment, treatment goal, invasiveness and complications.

　In this report, we report a case of giant hemangioma that occurred in the base of the tongue removed with a mandibular swing approach.
