経口的に摘出した舌骨分離腫の1例

A case of a lingual osseous choristoma resected via transoral approach

はじめに

　舌骨分離腫は舌に異所性に発生する骨性病変で，比較的まれな疾患である。本邦では54例の報告がされているにすぎない^1）。英文論文の検索では100例の報告をみない^2）。

　舌骨分離腫は外来で局所麻酔下に摘出できることが多いが，発生部位により，絞扼反射を惹起し外来摘出が困難な場合がある。

　今回，舌分界溝に発生した骨分離腫の治療を経験したため，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Lingual osseous choristoma is a rare ectopic lesion of the tongue. To date, only 54 cases have been reported in Japan, and fewer than 100 in the English literature. Although most cases are managed under local anesthesia in outpatient settings, surgical excision can be difficult depending on the lesion's location, particularly if it triggers a gag reflex.

　We present a case of lingual osseous choristoma at the sulcus terminalis, resected via transoral approach. We also discuss the advantages of general anesthesia for lesions in anatomically challenging sites.
