喉頭蓋囊胞の内視鏡所見を呈した喉頭悪性リンパ腫症例

A case of laryngeal malignant lymphoma similar to epiglottis cyst

はじめに

　頭頸部領域は悪性リンパ腫の好発部位であるが，喉頭に発生する悪性リンパ腫は非常に稀といわれている^1-3）。今回われわれは，内視鏡検査で喉頭蓋囊胞様の所見を呈した喉頭悪性リンパ腫の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Head and neck area is favorite site of malignant lymphoma. However, malignant lymphoma of the larynx is very rare. We reported a case of laryngeal malignant lymphoma diagnosed as epiglottis cyst under laryngeal endoscopy. There is a possibility that malignant lymphoma was included in the tumor which we diagnosed as epiglottis cyst. Therefore, the endoscopic diagnosis of the laryngeal mass should be carefully performed.
