Ⅰ．はじめに

　われわれは今回，異なる囊胞の性状を示した多発性・多房性術後性上顎囊胞の1例を経験した。術前CT・MRIで明らかに異なる囊胞成分や囊胞の数が予想され，実際の手術所見も術前画像診断と矛盾するものではなかった。本症例について囊胞と真菌症の画像診断的な考察を加えて報告する。

　A case of multiple, multilocular postoperative maxillary cyst was reported. Preoperative CT and MRI findings showed the multiple lesions suggesting different cyst components. During the operation, we found that one cyst was mucocele, the other cyst was pyocele, and the last cyst was fungus. We reassessed the CT and MRI findings of cysts and fungus reffering to the past literatures. Preoperative CT, MRI findings were useful when we open all cysts.
