進行性鼻壊疽—T細胞リンパ腫の1例

A Case of So-called Midline Granuloma: T Cell Lymphoma

I．はじめに

　鼻中隔，鼻根部ならびに硬口蓋に穿孔をきたし，病理組織学的にlethal midline granulomaと診断された，いわゆる進行性鼻壊疽の症例の鼻腔腫瘍組織をモノクローナル抗体を用いた免疫組織学的手法により検索し，T細胞リンパ腫と診断した症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of so-called midline granuloma was studied immunologically, using monoclonal anti-bodies against T-cell subsets. The tumor cells showed positive staining with anti-Leu 4 and anti-Leu 2 a. This indicates that the tumor cells could be derived from suppressor T-cells.

Eight cases of lethal midline granuloma were found in 62, 265 outpatients between 1965 and 1986.
