当科における口腔癌の臨床的検討

A clinical analysis of patients with oral cancer

Ⅰ　はじめに

　口腔癌は頭頸部癌の約30％を占め，病理組織学分類では扁平上皮癌が約95％を占める^1）。咽頭癌に比べて放射線感受性は低く頸部リンパ節転移をきたす症例もあるため，治療は手術療法が基本である^2）。今回，われわれは過去17年8か月間に当科にて一次治療を行った口腔癌77症例について臨床的検討を行ったので報告する。

　Seventy-seven cases of oral cancer treated in our department between 1991 and 2009 were reviewed. There were 53 cases of the tongue,14 of the floor of mouth,5 of gingival,4 of buccal mucosa,and one of the hard palate.

　Over all five-year and ten-year survival rate were 65.8％ and 54.9％. There were significant difference of the prognosis of the patients between stage Ⅰ and Ⅳ（p＜0.001）, stage Ⅱ and Ⅳ（p＜0.01）, and stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ（p＜0.01）, respectively.

　There was a significant difference of the prognosis between group with surgery and without surgery（p＜0.05）.
