神経線維腫症1型に合併した内頸静脈拡張病変の1例

A case of internal jugular vein dilation with von Recklinghausen disease

Ⅰ．はじめに

　神経線維腫症1型（NF1）は皮膚をはじめ，神経系，眼，骨などのさまざまな病変を生ずる常染色体優性遺伝疾患であるが，血管病変など中胚葉系の異常を合併することもある^1,2）。今回われわれは，内頸静脈に発生した静脈拡張病変に対して手術・加療を行った1例を経験したので報告する。

　We presented a case of internal jugular vein phlebectasia associated with neurofibromatosis Type Ⅰ（NF1）. A 60-year-old woman was referred to our hospital because of a sudden swelling and pain in the right neck. An enhanced cervical CT scan and angiography showed a 15×10cm internal jugular vein dilation. It was very difficult to detach from the surrounding tissue because of hemorrhagic and brittle tissue with NF1. However,we performed resection of the tumor without major complications.
