Ⅰ．はじめに
血管平滑筋腫は四肢に好発する平滑筋由来の良性腫瘍であるが，鼻副鼻腔で比較的頻度が低く，下鼻甲介に発生した報告はわが国でこれまで11例のみである1～10）。今回われわれは下鼻甲介より発生した血管平滑筋腫症例で，血性唾液を主訴とした1例を経験したので報告する。
A 77-year-old female presented with a spherical mass in her right inferior turbinate. Her chief complaint was bleeding in the pharynx. The mass was removed by endonasal approach. A histopathological examination revealed an angioleiomyoma. Postoperatively, the complaint disappeared.
