Ⅰ はじめに
副鼻腔に発生する骨腫は，副鼻腔の良性腫瘍では決して稀な疾患ではない。しかしながら，初期には自覚症状に乏しいことも多く，骨腫の手術に関する報告は比較的少ない。今回われわれは慢性副鼻腔炎を伴った篩骨洞骨腫の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A case of ethmoidal osteoma associated with chronic sinusitis in a 22-year-old male was reported. The tumor was removed by Caldwell-Luc approach. The excised mass was 1.2×2.8 cm in size.
We also discuss about operation method of osteoma of sinuses.
