Intraductal papilloma of the parotid gland

I．はじめに

　唾液腺の導管内乳頭腫（intraductal papilloma：IDP）は導管乳頭腫（ductal papilloma）の一亜型であり^1），単房性の拡張を伴い，導管上皮の管腔への乳頭状増殖を示すのが特徴である。IDPは唾液腺腫瘍3,100例中4例（0.13％）に認めるのみできわめて稀な良性腫瘍であり^2），小唾液腺に発生頻度が高く，大唾液腺では少ない^1）。今回われわれは耳下腺に発生したIDPを経験したので報告する。

　Intraductal papilloma of the parotid gland is extremely rare. A 74-year-old female presented with a left parotid gland tumor which was surgically removed and the histlogical diagnosis was intraductal papilloma. Immunochemical examination revealed α-SMA＋cells along the papillary tumor and the cystically dilated duct. These results suggest that the tumor cells may proliferate at intercalated or striated ducts, or proliferate at the more distal duct segments. There was no recurrence 10 months after operation.
