胆管intraductal tubulopapillary neoplasmの1例

Imaging findings of biliary intraductal tubulopapillary neoplasm：a case report

胆管intraductal tubulopapillary neoplasm（ITPN）は，膵ITPNと組織学的，分子学的に類似する腫瘍として，2010年にParkらにより提唱された新しい疾患である^1）。診断基準は十分には確立されておらず，またこれまでの胆管ITPNの報告は病理所見を中心としたものが大半であり，画像に関してはごく限られた報告しかない。今回，我々は病理学的に胆管ITPNとして矛盾しない胆管内腫瘍を経験した。画像上も術前に胆管ITPNを鑑別に挙げることが可能であり，特徴的と思われる所見を呈していた。本稿では，文献的考察を加え胆管ITPNの画像所見と病理所見について報告する。

Biliary intraductal tubulopapillary neoplasm（B-ITPN）is a newly proposed bile duct neoplasm that shares histological and molecular features with pancreatic ITPN. B-ITPN is a poorly described rare tumor. However, recognition of the tumor will be important, as its clinicopathological features are different from those of other biliary tumors. Previous reports of B-ITPN have mainly focused on pathological findings, and only few reports have focused on imaging characteristics. This case report highlights the imaging findings and radiology-pathology correlation of B-ITPN.
