Soemmering's ringに包埋されていた眼内鉄片異物の1症例

A case of ferrous foreign body buried in the Soemmering's ring

（展示77）　55歳男性の左眼を，5年前に無水晶体性緑内障と診断した。30年前に釘が刺さった既往があった。点眼治療で眼圧が安定していたが，視野異常が突発し，左眼前房に黄白色の異物が発見された。摘出した異物は鉄性であり，Soemmering輪に包理されていた。眼球鉄錆症は発症していなかった。

A 55-year-old male had been diagnosed as aphakic glaucoma in the left eye five years before. He had the past history of perforating injury by a nail 30 years before. The intraocular pressure was controlled by topical medication. Sudden visual field disturbance led to detection of yellowish white foreign body in the anterior chamber. The extracted foreign body was identified as ferrous in nature buried in the Soemmering's ring. The affected eye showed no sign of siderosis bulbi.
