超音波検査による原田病の補助診断

Echography as adjunct to diagnosis of Harada's disease

　原田病での眼内病変で最も顕著な変化は後極部の漿液性網膜剥離であり，その診断には現在まで螢光眼底造影検査が有用とされてきた。筆者らは胞状網膜剥離を伴った原田病の2症例に対し超音波検査を施行した。Bモードでは後極部の不規則な漿液性網膜剥離，中間周辺部や最周辺部の胞状網膜剥離さらに脈絡膜の肥厚や剥離が鮮明に描出された。Aモードでは脈絡膜はびまん性に低から中等度の反射を示した。これらの超音波所見は原田病の診断や治療に対する経過観察に有用であると思われた。

We performed B-mode echography in 2 cases ofHarada's disease with characteristic retinal detach-ment. We observed choroidal thickening anddetachment in addition to irregular serous retinaldetachment in the posterior fundus, midperipheryand the far periphery. A-mode echography showeddiffuse, low to medium reflective choroidal thicken-ing. These echographic features seemed to be ofvalue in the diagnosis of Harada's disease and inthe evaluation of therapeutic response.
