角膜移植術後に眼外傷を受けた1例

Blunt trauma to the eye after successful penetrating keratoplasty

　全層角膜移植術の19年後に眼外傷を受け，移植創が裂開した症例を経験した。症例は82歳女性で，19年前右眼に水晶体全摘出術および全層角膜移植術を施行されていたが，今回その右眼を打撲し，移植創の裂開と同部位よりの虹彩と硝子体の脱出があったため、角膜縫合術および脱出虹彩と前部硝子体の切除術を施行した。角膜移植創の瘢痕部は，術後長期経過後もなお弱く，外傷によって開創する可能性のあることが判明した。

An 82-year-old female suffered from blunttrauma to her right eye. She had undergoneintracapsular cataract extraction and penetratingkeratoplasty 19 years before. The injury rupturedthe cornea along the margin of the donor corneafrom 11 to 2 o'clock position. The finding suggeststhat the connection between the donor and hostcornea was still weak even after the lapse of 19years after surgery.
