（展示26E-11）　抗不整脈治療薬であるアミオダロンの投与中に，3例に角膜症が生じた。発症時期は，それぞれ投与開始から2か月，4か月，6か月であった。最後の例では投与を中止したのち長期に角膜症が残った。各例での角膜症の程度は，Miller分類でgrade I,I,IIIであった。自験例と本邦での報告例の検討で，投与量と投与期間は角膜症の程度とは相関しなかった。アミオダロン角膜症は，他の重篤な合併症を予想する上で有力な視標となりうる。

We observed three cases of keratopathy during systemic treatment with amiodarone for arrythmia. The keratopathy developed, respectively, 2,4 and 6 months after start of therapy. Keratopathy was graded as grade I in two cases and as III in one by Miller's classification. The hitherto reported cases in Japan showed that the severity of amiodarone keratopathy is not correlated with the dosis or duration of amiodarone treatment. Amiodarone keratopathy promises to be of value in anticipating other and more severe complications of treatment.
