Nd-ヤグレーザーによる病的瞳孔膜遺残の除去

Dissection of persistent pupillary membrane with Nd-YAG Laser

　19歳男性の両眼性病的瞳孔膜遺残症に対し，Nd-ヤグレーザー手術を行い，瞳孔膜を除去した。矯正視力は，術前右0.5，左0.5から術後右0.9，左0.9に改善された。

A 19-year-old male presented with bilateral persist-ent pupillary membrane. The visual acuity was 0.5 in either eye. We attempted to dissect the arms of the pupillary membrane with Q-switched Nd-YAG laser. We applied 2.7 to 3 mJ at each burst using CG Ⅱ contact lens. Separation of the arms could be performed after a total of 100 mJ for the right eye and 108.5 mJ for the left. The patient gained the final visual acuity of 0.9 for either eye. No compli-cations were met with except for transient minor hemorrhage.
