眼寄生虫幼虫移行症による視神経網膜炎の1症例

A case of neuroretinitis due to ocular larva migrans

　血清学的に眼寄生虫幼虫移行症と診断された視神経網膜炎の1例を報告した。症例は49歳の男性で，右眼眼底に視神経乳頭炎と特徴的な白色滲出斑を伴う病巣を認め，血清学的検査で，眼犬蛔虫に対する5種類中4種の検査で陽性反応を示した。

　血清学的検査の普及に伴い，本疾患の原因として，眼寄生虫幼虫移行症が重要視される。

A 49-year-old male presented with unilateral neuroretinitis with grayish-white retinal lesion of 10 days' duration. On fluorescein angiography, the grayish-white lesion showed hypofluorescence inthe early phase and dye staining towards the late phase. His serum showed positive results for tox-ocara canis in each of : fluorescein antibody method, Ouchterlony method, enzyme-linked im-munosorbent assay (ELISA) and immunoblotting assay (IBA). Treatment with systemic corticoster-oid resulted in faborable clinical outcome.
