A 49-year-old male presented with unilateral neuroretinitis with grayish-white retinal lesion of 10 days' duration. On fluorescein angiography, the grayish-white lesion showed hypofluorescence inthe early phase and dye staining towards the late phase. His serum showed positive results for tox-ocara canis in each of : fluorescein antibody method, Ouchterlony method, enzyme-linked im-munosorbent assay (ELISA) and immunoblotting assay (IBA). Treatment with systemic corticoster-oid resulted in faborable clinical outcome.
