Interobserver differences in assessing glaucomatous optic disc using Heidelberg Retina Tomograph

（D−7PM−10）　Heidelberg Retina Tomographで検索され，当科データベースに保存されている緑内障30眼の記録を，独立した2名で解析した。両名とも緑内障外来の専門医であった。解析は，disk area, cuparea, cup volume, rim voiume, maximum cup depthについて行った。全5項目について，2検者間の判定には強い相関関係（0.72〜1.00）があり，有意差はなかった。熟練した検者であれば，乳頭縁を決定する操作を手動で行っても，再現性のある結果が得られると結論される。

We evaluated the possible interobserver differences in assessing the optic disc in 30 glaucomatous eyes recorded by a Heidelberg Retina Tomograph. The records were analyzed by two glaucoma specialists independently regarding disk area, cup area, cup volume, rim volume and maximum cup depth. There were close correlations between the findings by the two observers in all the five parameters (coefficients of correlation : 0.72-1.00) with no significant interobserver differences (p ＜ 0.05) . The findings show that reproducible interpretation of disc margin is possible when performed by trained observers and even when the manipulation is performed manually.
