Heidelberg Retina Tomographによる糖尿病性牽引性網膜剥離の観察

Diabetic tractional retinal detachment observed by Heidelberg Retina Tomograph

　ハイデルベルク網膜断層計Heidelberg Retina Tomographを用いて，糖尿病性牽引性網膜剥離23眼を検索した。増殖膜に牽引された剥離網膜の形状が明瞭に観察され，特に網膜面の傾斜の状態から，網膜と硝子体の癒着部位の同定がある程度可能であった。本装置は，糖尿病性牽引性網膜剥離の硝子体手術の術前の指針を得る装置として有用であった。

We evaluated 23 diabetic eyes with tractional retinal detachment using a Heidelberg Retina Tomograph. It was possible to observe the shape and structure of tractional detached retina. It also enabled identification of the site of vitreoretinal traction through analysis of tilting of the retina. The present method was useful as one of the guidelines prior to vitreous surgery.
