（C2-1-3）　眼球周囲MALT （mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue）リンパ腫4例の臨床的特徴について検討した。男性2例，女性2例で，年齢は40〜81歳であった。発生部位は眼瞼1例，球結膜下のみ1例，球結膜から瞼結膜にかけてみられたものが2例であった。いずれの症例も病理組織学的にMALTリンパ腫の特徴を有していた。免疫組織化学染色ではL−26陽性反応によりB細胞悪駐リンパ腫と診断された。治療は，1例に化学療法と放射線療法を行い，他の3例には化学療法のみを行った。いずれの症例も腫瘍の縮小効果がみられ，経過良好である。

We reviewed four cases of periocular mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. The series comprised 2 males and 2 females. The ages ranged from 40 to 81 years. All the cases were unilaterally affected. The tumor involved the eyelid 1 case, bulbar conjunctiva 1 case and bulbar and palperal conjunctiva 2 cases. All the cases showed characteristic histological features of MALT lymphoma. Immunohistochemically, all the cases were identified as B- cell malignant lymphoma with positive L-26 reaction. Three cases were treated by systemic chemotherapy and one by additional radiation. All the cases responded by decrease in the tumor size with favorable clinical course and no metastasis.
