内視鏡による毛様体の観察

Endoscopic observation of the ciliary body

（18-G409-9）　筆者らは，白内障手術中に内視鏡により水晶体嚢および眼内レンズの固定位置を観察し，同時に毛様体の観察も行うことができた。それにより，毛様体の加齢による知見を得られたので報告した。対象は当院で白内障手術を行った症例36眼である。方法は，白内障手術の術中に水晶体核および皮質を取り除いた後，眼内レンズ挿入前後に，内視鏡で毛様体の形態を観察した。その結果，年齢が上昇するにつれ毛様体の数は減少し，形態は細くなり，色素は減少する傾向がみられた。このような変化は水晶体嚢，チン小帯にも何らかの変化を及ぼしていると考えられる。

We made a pars plana endoscopy of the lens capsule, location of the intraocular lens (TOL) and the ciliary body during cataract surgery in 36 eyes. The observation was made after removal of the lens nucleus and the cortex and before insertion of IOL. There was a decreasing tendency of the ciliary folds in their number, thickness and color along with advancing age. These changes appeared to be related to those in the lens capsule and the zonules.
