(18-レセ2-10) 原発開放隅角緑内障(POAG)14例25眼と,年齢を適合させた正常眼圧緑内障(NTG)15例27眼を対象に,Nerve Fiber Analyzerによる網膜神経線維層厚の評価とHumphrey Field Analyzerによる視野の評価を1年の間隔をおいて2回施行した。POAG群とNTG群ともに,1年の間に網膜神経線維層厚は有意に減少していたが,視野に有意な変化はなかった。どちらの群においても,網膜神経線維層厚の減少と視野障害の進行の間に有意な相関はなかった。緑内障眼における網膜神経線維層厚の減少と視野障害の進行は必ずしも一致していない可能性が推定された。
We measured the retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (RNFLT) in 25 eyes with primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) and 27 eyes with normal tension glaucoma (NTG) . Both groups showed matching features regarding age and visual field loss. We used a nerve fiber analyzer (NFA) by Laser Diagnostic Technologies, USA, in the measurement. The visual field was examined by Humphrey Field Analyzer. At the next examinations performed one year later, the RNFLT showed significantly deceased values in both groups. There were no significant changes in the visual field. The decrease in RNFLT was not significantly correlated with progression in visual field defect.
