切迫型網膜静脈分枝閉塞症の治療

Treatment of impending branch retinal vein occlusion

（展示247）　螢光眼底撮影で閉塞部の局所的静脈壁螢光漏出のみられた切迫型網膜静脈分枝閉塞症2症例の治療経過を報告した。両症例ともまず薬物療法を開始したが，徐々に眼底所見は悪化し，光凝固治療を追加した症例は軽快したが，薬物療法のみを継続した症例は出血期に進行した。薬物療法で改善のみられない時は，切迫期であっても積極的に光凝固治療を行うことで出血期への進行が予防，阻止される可能性が得られ，これは新しい知見と思われた。

We treated two cases of impending branch retinal vein occlusion. Both cases showed dye leakage at the site of venous occlusion by fluorescein angiography. The fundus findings progressed in spite of systemic medication with prostaglandin preparations and antiplatelet agents. Improvement set in after photocoagulation in one case. The other case progressed to hemorrhagic branch retinal vein occlusion after continued systemic medication. The findings illustrate that photocoagulation applied to the impending stage of the disease may induce improvement or prevent progression to hemorrhagic stage.
