走査レーザー検眼鏡に内蔵した微小視野計による網膜光凝固斑の感度

Sensitivity of postphotocoagulation scars evaluated by scanning laser ophthalmoscopic microperimetry

　黄斑部光凝固術を施行された糖尿病患者12名18眼に，螢光眼底造影検査と走査レーザー検眼鏡を用いた微小視野検査（SLO microperimetry）を施行して光凝固斑の特徴を検討した。フルオレセイン螢光眼底造影検査では光凝固斑の中心部は低螢光を示し，その周囲を囲む過螢光を認めた。また，インドシアニングリーン螢光眼底造影検査では光凝固斑に一致した低螢光が全造影中にみられた。一方，これらの螢光造影検査では明らかな差はなかった個々の光凝固斑において，SLO microperimetryでは18眼中13眼で絶対暗点を示すものと示さないものとがあった。したがって，SLO microperimetryは光凝固斑の網膜感度の定量的評価に有用であることが示唆された。

We evaluated the retinal sensitivity in 18 diabetic eyes which had been treated by laser photocoagula-tion. Fluorescein angiography showed hypofluorescence surrounded by hyperfluorescent ring in each photoco-agulated scar. Indocyanine green angiography showed hypofluorescence in each scar during the whole angiographic phases. Microperimetry using scanning laser ophthalmoscope showed varying degrees of sensitivity for different scars in 13 eyes. The observed variation of sensitivity was independent of the angiographic findings of the scars.
