　強度近視のある69歳男子の左眼眼底の後極部に，眼球運動や眼球加圧によって位置が移動する血管，いわゆる可動性血管が検眼鏡で観察された。罹患眼の屈折は-23Dであり，後部ぶどう腫と網脈絡膜萎縮があった。フルオレセインとインドシアニングリーン（ICG）による螢光造影の所見から，この可動性血管は脈絡膜血管であり，眼内にあると判断された。ICG螢光眼底造影では，他の2か所に眼球運動とともに動く血管があり，一つは渦静脈，もう一つは後毛様動脈と推定された。

We observed, by ophthalmoscopy, a mobile vessel in the posterior fundus in a 69-year-old male with high myopia of -23 diopters in the left eye. This vessel changed its shape and position during eye movement or ocular compression. Fluorescein and indocyanine green (ICG) angiography showed the mobile vessel to be a choroidal one and to be located within the eyeglobe. ICG angiography further showed two mobile vessels in the same eye. One was identified as the vortex vein and the other as a posterior ciliary artery.
