若年性ぶどう膜炎9例の長期経過

Longterm observation of nine cases of childhood uveitis

　若年性ぶどう膜炎の9例の治療経過を長期観察した。内訳は，周辺部ぶどう膜炎3名，サルコイドーシス2名，虹彩毛様体炎2名，Vogt—小柳—原田病1名，ベーチェット病1名である。主訴は，15歳未満の6例では他覚的所見に基づく結膜充血が多く，15歳以上の3例では自覚的に発見した視力低下が多かった。全例で両眼に発症した。ステロイド薬の最小限の全，身投与と，ステロイド薬と散瞳薬の点眼を併用することで，転帰は比較的良好であり，経過が不明な1例を除いて全員が社会復帰した。

We observed the clinical course of nine cases of childhood uveitis. The series comprised peripheral uveitis 3 cases, ocular sarcoidosis 2, iridocyclitis 2, Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease 1 and Behçet disease 1. Main complaints were objective conjunctival injections in 6 cases under 15 years of age and subjectively decreased visual acuity in 3 cases aged older. Bilateral occurrence was the rule. They were treated mainly with minimal dosis of systemic corticosteroid and topical instillation of corticosteroid and mydriatics. The final outcome was favorable enabling normal social activity except one who could not be traced.
