  • Look Inside

A 3-year-old girl presented with impaired vision in both eyes. Funduscopy showed typical features of familial exudative vitreoretinopathy (FEVR). Vitreous hemorrhage was also present in her right eye. Fluorescein angiography showed capillary nonperfusion in the periphery and moderate neovascular leakage in both eyes. FEVR was detected in additional 5 members over 3 generations.
