We evaluated seven cases of Harada's disease by subtraction methods of indocyanine green (ICG) angiography. The angiographic sequence was one frame per second. Subtraction of consecutive angiograms showed delayed filling of choroidal veins. Subtraction of images with an interval of minutes showed uneven background fluorescence and bright fluorescence corresponding to areas of intrachoroidal ICG leakage. The present method was thus useful in analyzing the changes in choroidal veins in greater detail and in accurate evaluation of intrachoroidal leakage.
