網膜下液排液と網膜冷凍凝固術が奏功した網膜剥離を伴った網膜血管腫

Drainage of subretinal fluid and cryotherapy in a case of retinal angioma with retinal detachment

　42歳の女性で，左眼に網膜血管腫と高度な網膜剥離がある症例に対し，網膜冷凍凝固術，網膜下液排液術，色素レーザー光凝固術を試みた。初診時すでに，レーザー光凝固術が不可能な胞状網膜剥離を伴っていたため，まず網膜下液排液を行った後，網膜冷凍凝固術，色素レーザー光凝固術を行うことにより，血管腫が著明に退縮し，網膜剥離もほとんど消失した。

A 42-year-old female presented with retinal angioma and advanced retinal detachment in her left eye. The angioma was treated by transscleral cryoapplication and transpupillary laser photocoagulation after the retina was flattened by transscleral drainage of subretinal fluid. This surgi-cal approach induced regression of angioma and disappearance of retinal detachment.
