網膜血管腫の1例

A case of retinal angioma

　29歳の女性で，左眼に孤発性網膜血管腫と高度の黄斑浮腫を認めた症例の血管腫に対し，5回に分け，アルゴンレーザー光凝固術を試みた。その結果，血管腫は著明に縮小，黄斑浮腫も消失し，視力も0.3より1.2に回復した。網膜血管腫とそれに伴う黄斑部病変が，光凝固術により著明に改善した症例を経験したので報告した。

A 29-year-old female presented with gradual blurring of vision in her left eye since 4 weeks before. She had a retinal angioma in the temporalperiphery and macular edema in the left fundus. Repeated argon laser photocoagulation induced regression of angioma and macular edema followed by full recovery of vision.
