眼内T細胞悪性リンパ腫の1例

A case of intraocular T-cell malignant lymphoma

　硝子体切除術の際に採取した眼内組織生検により診断しえた眼内悪性リンパ腫の1例を経験した。腫瘍は臨床経過から眼内原発であると考えられた。細胞表面抗原の免疫組織学的検索からT細胞悪性リンパ腫と診断された。診断の遅れが生命予後を悪化させる可能性もあり，ぶどう膜炎の鑑別診断の1つとして重要な疾患であると考えられた。

A 73-year-old woman noticed failing vision inher right eye since 7 weeks before. She showedsevere iritis and vitreous opacity in the affectedeye. T-cell malignant lymphoma was diagnosedfollowing vitrectomy and immunohistochemicalstudies. She was treated by radiation and chemo-therapy but died 6 months later due to systemicmetastasis. The right eye appeared to be the initialsite of malignant lymphoma.
