網膜静脈分枝閉塞症で発見された乳頭上静脈ループ形成症の1例

Branch retinal vein occlusion led to the detection of prepapillary loop

　19歳女性の乳頭前網膜静脈ループ形成症の1例を報告した。患者は突然の霧視を訴えて来院し，眼底検査で左眼の網膜静脈分枝閉塞症（BRVO）と乳頭上血管ループ形成症が発見されたが，患者にはBRVOを発症させるような全身疾患はなかった。

　経過中にループの性状は螢光眼底にて静脈性のものであることが明らかとなった。

　動脈性ループが網膜硝子体出血の一因であることは一般に認められているが，本例では静脈性ループが網膜出血の原因となったことが疑われるため興味深い症例であると思われる。

A 19-year-old female sought medical advice due to sudden blurring of vision in her left eye. Fundu-scopy showed branch retinal vein occlusion and prepapillary vascular loop.

Systemic findings were negative. Subsequent fluorescein angiography showed the prepapillary loop to be venous in nature. This case seemed to be unique that prepapillary venous loops, instead of arterial ones, appeared to be the cause of retinal hemorrhage.
