卵黄様黄斑変性症と思われる1例

A case of presumed vitelliform macular dystrophy

　50歳男性で，両眼の黄斑部に卵黄様の病巣が認められた。螢光眼底造影で，卵黄様病巣は造影早期に淡い螢光を示し，造影後期にはびまん性の過螢光を示した。卵黄様病巣周囲の網膜の色調異常部位に一致して，造影早期から点状の過螢光が認められた。EOG検査ではL／D比が両眼とも低下していた。家族歴には，特記すべきことなし。本症例は成人発症の卵黄様黄斑変性症ではないかと思われた。

We observed yolk-egg macular lesion in both eyes in a 50-year-old male. Fluorescein angiogra-phy showed mild fluorescence during the early phases and irregular hyperfluorescence in the late phase corresponding to the extent of the yolk-egglesion. The area surrounding the lesion showed hyperfluorescence in the early angiogram. The L/D ratio on electrooculogram was subnormal. No fam-ily member was involved. We presumed this case to be adult-onset vitelliform macular dystrophy.
