特発性網膜血管腫に伴う網膜前黄斑線維症の自然治癒例

Spontaneous resolution of preretinal macular fibrosis in a case of idiopathic retinal angioma

　特発性網膜血管腫に伴う網膜前黄斑線維症の自然治癒例を経験した。

　網膜周辺部の硝子体出血を伴う特発性網膜血管腫及びこれに伴う網膜前黄斑線維症が認められた。血管腫に対して光凝固を施行したところ1か月以内に後部硝子体剥離が出現し，それに伴って黄斑前の増殖膜が網膜面上より自然に剥離した。

A 32-year-old male presented with metamor-phopsia and impaired visual acuity in his left eye. Ophthalmoscopy showed preretinal macular fi-brosis and idiopathic retinal angioma in the affected eye. We treated the angioma with argon laser photocoagulation. One week later, posterior vitreous detachment developed followed by resolu-tion of preretinal macular fibrosis and improve-ment in visual acuity and metamorphopsia.
