眼底白点症の親子例

Fundus albipunctatus in mother and daughter

　眼底白点症の母娘例を報告した。症例1は38歳女性。幼時より夜盲があり，眼底所見および視機能検査結果より典型的な眼底白点症と考えられた。症例2は64歳女性，症例1の母。眼底は白点が多数ある他に網膜色素上皮の色素むらが強く，視野・色覚・暗順応最終閾値の障害が認められたが，長時間暗順応によるERG振幅の増大現象があり，眼底白点症が長期経過後加齢および動脈硬化性変化により視機能低下を示した例であると結論した。停止性とされる眼底白点症だが，本例のように長期の経過後はある程度の視機能異常を示す例も存在すると考えられた。

A 38-year-old female was diagnosed as typical fundus albipunctatus because of night blindness since childhood, fundus findings and visual func-tional tests. Her mother, aged 64 years, manifested fundus abnormalities with numerous white spots and irregularity in pigmentation. Moderate distur-bances were found in the visual field, color sense and dark adaptation threshold. Electroretinogram was recordable and the amplitude increased in fully dark-adapted state. She was diagnosed as long-standing fundus albipunctatus. The observed retinal functions seemed to be due to aging and arteriosclerosis.
