フィブリノリジン（プラスミン）による眼内出血の治療成績

Treatment of Intraocular haemorrhage with Systemic Fibrinolysin

I．緒言

　フィブリノリジン（プラスミン）は線維素溶解酵素と呼ばれ，血漿に存在する蛋白分解酵素で，生体内においては創傷治癒過程における不用な血塊の自然消失，血管フィブリンによる閉塞の防止と流通性の確保などの作用を有すると考えられている。

　われわれが今回使用したフィブリノリジン−ミドリ（プラスミン）はミドリ十字KKが新しく開発した国産品で，人血漿中のプロフィブリノリジン（プラスミノーゲン）を分画精製し，ウロキナーゼ−ミドリ（Urokinase）をもつて活性化してフィブリノリジンに転化し，凍結乾燥したもので，乾燥前に60℃10時間の加熱処理を加えてあるので，血清肝炎感染に対する安全が保証され，乾燥状態では低温（たとえば5℃）に貯えれば安定であるといわれている。

Fibrinolysin (Plasmin) treatment was con-ducted on 14 cases with various intraocular haemorrhages consisting of :vitreo-retinal haemo-rrhage following detachment surgery (6 cases), retinal vein thrombosis as complication of Coats' disease (1 case), recurrent vitreoretinal haemo-rrhage (1 case), postoperative hyphaema (1 case), vitreous haemorrhage due to traumatic corneoscleral rupture (1 case), retinal vein throm-bosis of angiosclerotic origin (3 cases) and occlusion of central ratinal vein (1 case).
