フイブリノリジン（プラスミン）結膜下注射による眼出血の治療

Subconjunctival Injection of Fibrinolysin-Midori (Plasmin) in Hemorrhagic Eye Diseases

I．緒言

　私共は先にフィブリノリジン−ミドリ（プラスミン）の点滴静注による網膜静脈並びに動脈閉塞症の治療成績について報告した。今回はこの結膜下注射による結膜下出血，前房出血，網膜並に硝子体出血の治療について述べる。

Thirty-one cases with various hemorrhagic diseases of the eye were treated with subco-njunctival injection of Fibrinolysin-Midori (Pla-smin). A dose of 1.25 casein units of the fib-rinolysin was injected once a day for 1 to 10 days.

A satisfactory improvement was noted in all of 8 cases with subconjunctival hemorr-hages and in a case with hyphema.

Two of 5 cases with vitreous hemorrhages were treated with considerable success, one with slight, and the other 2 cases without any noticeable effect.
