新線溶酵素剤Urokinaseの使用経験

Clinical Application of Urokinase upon Eye Diseases

I．緒言

　酵素化学の進歩に伴い，近年いろいろの酵素製剤が臨床的に応用されるようになつたが，線溶酵素もその一つである。線溶酵素Plasminは血液凝固によつて生じたFibrinを特異的かつ強力に分解する蛋白溶解酵素で，臨床的には現在血栓・塞栓性疾患や炎症性疾患の治療に広く用いられ，製剤としては精製Plasmin製剤やStreptoki—nase製剤などが使用されている。

　眼領域においても網膜静脈血栓症，動脈塞栓症をはじめ，種々の出血性眼疾患，炎症性眼疾患に用いられて有効のことが報告されている。

Thirty patients with various sorts of eye disease were treated with urokinase (Midori Juji Co, Osaka). Urokinase is a kind of plas-minogen activator purified from human urine. The results were summarized as follows.

1) Continuous intravenous infusion was applied in 5 patients with retinal vein throm-bosis, a patient with preretinal hemorrhage and a patient with retinal artery obstruction. Five thousand Ploug & Kjeldgaard units were infused per day for 2 to 3 days. Retinal vein thrombosis was treated very effectively in a case and effectively id 2 cases. The other 2 cases were slightly improved.
