急性赤白血病で，その経過中，両眼に初診時認められなかった乳頭上新生血管が出現し，硝子体出血をきたし，失明に至った症例について報告した。
A 38-year-old man with acute erythroleukemia is presented. Seven weeks after the initial dignosis of erythroleukemia, neovascularization started to develop on the optic nerve head, resulting, 5 weeks later, in massive vitreous hemorrhage in both eyes.
