（1）43歳女性の両眼に発症した地図状脈絡膜症の1例を報告した。

（2）螢光眼底造影により，右眼は陳旧性の病巣を示したが，左眼は造影早期に異常血管網が認められ，網膜下新生血管膜の存在が証明された。

（3）経過観察中，前房や硝子体に混濁は認めず，血液検査の結果にも異常所見はなかった。

（4）本症が中心窩に及ぶとneovascular macuiopathyを惹起する可能性を示した。

A 43-year-old female had noted decreased left visual acuity for the past 2 years and a half. Her corrected visual acuity was 0.9 (right eye) and 0.02 (left eye). There was no abnormality in the anterior segment or in the media in either eye.

Her right fundus showed irregular grayish cho-rioretinal atrophy interspersed with pigmentations between the optic disc and the macula. Her left fundus showed similar atrophic lesion with addi-tional macular lesions showing yellowish subretinal exudation, retinal hemorrhage and edema.
