  • Look Inside

The patient was a 47-year-old Caucasian male.Visual acuity was slightly affected in his right eye.Relative central scotoma was detected by Gold-mann perimetry and diminished central sensitivity was demonstrated by static campimetry using the Sargon program of Octopus. Color vision was nor-mal and the light-dark ratio of EOG was normal.

Ophthalmoscopy revealed a butterfly-shaped and yellow-white lesion in the macular area of his right eye and a butterfly-shaped or geographic pattern and yellow-white lesion in the posterior pole of his left eye.
