片眼性先天性二色型第二色覚異常の1例—第1報選択的順応法による各錐体系のスペクトル感度の測定

A case of unilateral deuteranopia.:1. Measurement of the spectral sensitivities of the three cone mechanisms by Wald's selective adaptation method

　右眼がdeuteranopia，左眼がほぼ正常に近い色覚の女性症例を報告する。症例の右眼は仮性同色表，色相配列検査およびanomaloscopcでdeuteranopiaと判定され，左眼は石原表を除いた諸検査で正常と判定された。本症例の父親はdeuteranopiaであった。

　正常者群，deuteranopia群および本症例の両眼の各錐体系のスペクトル感度を，Waldの選択的順応法によって測定し，次の結果を得た。

（1） deuteranopia群では，正常者群と比べて緑錐体系の感度が有意に低下していた。

（2）本症例の右眼の各錐体系のスペクトル感度は，いずれもdeuteranopia群の95％信頼区間内に含まれた。

（3）本症例の左眼の緑錐体系のスペクトル感度は，正常域よりやや低下していた。

　以上の結果，本症例の右眼はdeuteranopia，左眼は軽度緑錐体系異常と診断された。

A 20-year-old female manifested typical findings of deuteranopia in her right eye and nearly normal color vision in her left eye. The deuteranopia in the right eye was diagnosed by positive findings by various pseudoisochromatic plates, Farnsworth-Munsell 100-hue test and Nagel anomaloscope. The left eye was judged as normal by the same ex-aminations except by the Ishiraha test. Her father was deuteranopic.

Spectral sensitivities of the three cone mecha-nisms were measured by the Wald's selective adap-tation method in normal subjects, a group of deu-teranopes and both eyes of this patient.
