X染色体劣性網膜分離症における暗順応障害と網膜電図

Scotopic sensitivity and electroretinogram in X-linked recessive retinoschisis

　X染色体劣性網膜分離症の7名の患者において暗順応障害の機序に関する分析が行われた。

　自覚的暗順応感度は全例軽度に低下した。他覚的網膜感度は100μVのERG b波を基準としたが，全例に低下が認められた。

　自覚的暗順応感度と他覚的網膜感度の間には有意な相関があり直線回帰が可能であった。

　2例のロドプシン光学濃度は正常であった。

　以上の結果から本症の暗順応障害は網膜分離に基づく網膜内層における神経伝達系の異常に初発の主因を有するものと考えられる。

To study the impairment of scotopic sensitivity of X-linked recessive retinoschisis, psychophysical and electrophysiological sensitivity was analysed in seven cases with this disease. Psychophysical scotopic sensitivity was examined at sixteen degree temporal retina with white test light and it showed mild reduction in every case. Electro-retinographic (ERG) study was carried out with changing the intensity of white flash stimulus stepwisely by neutral density filters.
