Abstract 文献概要

　典型的な眼底像を示す眼底白点症3例を対象として諸検査を行い，停止性と考えられることを示した。暗順応機能の評価には最終閾値および時定数を求めるべぎことを論じ，暗順応曲線第2相の時定数をコンピューターにて1次の指数関数に近似することにより求めた。

　眼底白点症では最終闘値は正常であったが，時定数は正常人の3.4倍から6.6倍と大きく，本症における暗順応障害にロドプシン再生遅延が関与していることを明らかにした。

　網膜色素変性症では最終閾値は上昇していたが時定数は正常人と差異はなかった。

We evaluated the dark adaptation curves in 3 cases with a stationary from of fundus albipun-ctatus. The second phase of the dark adaptation curve was expressed by an exponential function and the time constant was calculated by the least square method. The time constants in the present series were 3.4 to 6.6 times longer than in normal subjects. It was thus proven that the abnormality in dark adaptation in fundus punctatus is due to the slower regeneration of rhodopsin.

No differences were observed in the time constant of the second phase of dark adaptation between normal subjects and patients with pigmentary retinal dystrophy.
